Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on physical items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all included hardware (brackets, clamps, fasteners).
- Email 3wireinnovations@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Refunds go to your original payment method once the return arrives and is inspected.
Digital downloads
Digital files (STL downloads) can't be returned once delivered, so all digital sales are final. If a file is corrupted or won't open, contact us and we'll send a working copy.
Custom and personalized items
Custom aircraft designs and personalized engraving (names, ranks) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Defective or damaged items
If a panel arrives damaged or doesn't work correctly, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short description of the problem. We'll troubleshoot with you first, since many input issues are a quick mapping fix in the sim. If it's a hardware problem, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full.
