3 Wire Innovations is a small, veteran-owned shop. Our main line, 3W Sim Panels, is handmade USB cockpit panels for flight simulation. The same workshop also turns out laser engraved gifts, 3D printed parts and printable files.
I'm AJ, a US Navy veteran and lifelong military aerospace enthusiast. I've spent my career in avionics and the aerospace industry. 3W Sim Panels started as a way to get real switches under my own hands in the sim, and it grew into building panels for other sim pilots.
How the panels are made
- Custom-designed PCBs and firmware. Each panel shows up as a plug-and-play USB controller.
- Laser-cut, backlit acrylic faceplates
- 3D printed PETG enclosures with flexible mounting
- Full-size toggle switches for a real tactile feel
- Every unit is assembled, serialized and tested by hand before it ships
From the workshop
The same laser and printers that build the panels also make engraved slate coasters, custom aviation and military designs, 3D printed parts and printable files for your own projects. Custom requests are welcome.
What's next
The A-10C AHCP is the first panel in a growing lineup, with more A-10C panels plus a MiG-21 weapons panel and a Mosquito bombing panel in development.
